Every sunset is an opportunity to reset.
RICHIE NORTON
There’s something about sunsets where it makes me escape from unreal reality. Transpires when I’m trying to avoid something, obviously.
Sunsets are sky poetry. I get lost in every moment.

Nowadays, we all need a break from the fast-paced and often hectic lifestyles we live. To unwind and focus on taking care of ourselves is important.
escapism
It comes in different forms.
Some people find solace in different events, like sleeping and playing. Some drown themselves in work. Some immerse themselves in addiction, like emotional eating, smoking, alcohol or even drugs. Some physically run away from their homes. Some may even go as far as to migrate to a new place where they can start a new life, again.
Then there’s me, a sucker for sunsets. My daily dose of escapism. No matter how many sunsets I’ve witnessed, still I can never get enough of them. Εvery time is like the first time; I am always mesmerized. It has been shown that even moments of awe when seeing a sunset have psychological effects that enhance long-term life satisfaction.
with sunset, I feel peace.

Is there anything more romantic and captivating than watching those amazing shades while the sun descends below the horizon? It creates romantic shades of red, orange, pink and purple across the sky, the world has a chance to breathe in and reenergize.
Sunsets mark the actual end of the day, but they have also come to represent calm, harmony, and the hope of rebirth. Sunsets serve as a beautiful reminder to take time to unwind and refresh our hearts and brains each and every day.

In life, many people try to escape from various things.
And in those moments where the sun is setting, the house is quiet and I am weary from the day, SUNSETS reminds me that EVEN IN A CROWDED MIND, THERE IS STILL ROOM TO EXPERIENCE PEACE.
A sunset holds the promise of a new day.
With the sun’s last rays peeking out from the horizon comes the realization that tomorrow holds endless possibilities.Even though you are aware that it is transitory, you enjoy every last piece of its beauty.
I have so many parts of me to still meet.
We will always be on the verge of our dreams tormented and daunted by it. In a constant battle against self-doubt, there will always be unknowns and questions that I definitely will struggle, so perhaps more than trying to fix it, I can learn to find peace in the middle of them.

There is power in ending. It takes you to the beginnings of what is meant for you.
HEBA NAZAR
At the end of the day, I just want to be able to say without hesitation that I lived my life. I did not just give in to my suffering, my shortcomings, or whatever difficulties I encountered.
And I think we are so brave. I am so brave. That no matter how tired or scared or lost we feel we are, we continue. I want to be able to say that I am proud of the way I survived.I want to be able to state that I did not consider any day to be given.
I want to live and feel all the shades, tones, and variations of mental and physical experience possible in life.
We are always given the chance to start over again.
TO LIVE FOR ANOTHER SUNSET.
